Tibetan singing bowls

The Tibetan singing bowl therapy, also known as sound therapy with singing bowls, is an ancient practice that uses the vibrations and sounds emitted by Tibetan bowls to promote relaxation, balance, and healing. This therapy offers numerous benefits:
**Deep relaxation**: The vibrations and harmonies produced by the Tibetan bowls induce a state of profound relaxation. This can help reduce stress, anxiety, and accumulated tension in the body and mind.
**Energy balance**: According to traditional Chinese medicine and Ayurvedic principles, Tibetan bowls are used to restore the balance of energy flow in the body. By working on acupuncture points and energy centers (chakras), Tibetan bowls can help dissolve blockages and restore the free flow of vital energy.
**Frequency harmonization**: Each Tibetan bowl emits a specific sound frequency. When used in therapy, these sounds can help realign the frequencies of the body, mind, and soul. This can promote a state of overall coherence and harmony.
**Physical well-being**: The vibrations emitted by the Tibetan bowls have a beneficial effect on the physical body. They can promote muscle relaxation, improve blood circulation, reduce pain and tension, and support the body's natural healing process.
A journey to the heart of the sounds and vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls that will provide you with deep relaxation and a sense of restored harmony.
I offer you two types of treatments:- **A sound bath**: You are comfortably lying down, surrounded by 9 to 18 bowls. Without physical contact, you will gradually immerse yourself in their vibrations.- **A sound massage**: In this treatment, the bowls are placed directly on the body. Only authentic, hand-struck bowls are used, offering exceptional quality and precision in application.
Both treatments are sensational journeys that provide unique sensations and deep well-being. These therapies also help rebalance energies and much more!

Hammam Ritual

A **hammam** refers to a room specifically designed for the ritual of the traditional steam bath. The steam bath is intended to soften the skin and prepare it for exfoliation with black soap.
The recommended duration of stay in the steam bath is around 15 minutes.
**Hammam Ritual**To deeply cleanse the skin, it must be exfoliated and rid of impurities.
The hammam ritual involves four steps that achieve this result:- **Steam bath**- **Application of black soap**, which prepares the skin for exfoliation- **Exfoliation**, which removes dead cells and external impurities- **Application of ghassoul**, to eliminate subcutaneous impurities
**Black Soap**:  With a pH of around 10, black soap detaches the most superficial layer of the epidermis: the layer of dead skin cells.
For comparison, a hard soap like Marseille soap has a pH of around 8, making it less purifying and less effective. Black soap should be used in a warm environment (as the warm skin softens) and on damp skin. It can be combined with essential oils depending on the desired effect.
**Exfoliation**:  Before exfoliating your skin, always rinse the black soap with warm water (if possible, soak the mitt in hot water for 5 minutes beforehand). Then, exfoliate the skin using a **khessa mitt**.
**Ghassoul**:  Ghassoul means "the one who cleans" in Arabic. It is a product found only in Morocco, 200km south of Fez, and has been used in Morocco since the 12th century. It is the most absorbent clay of all. The use of ghassoul after exfoliation helps absorb subcutaneous impurities and harmful bacteria.

Sauna Ritual

Before anything else, remember to stay hydrated by drinking water before and during the session. The body sweats a lot in the sauna, so it is important to replenish water and minerals before, during, and after the ritual. The dry steam bath (also known as the Finnish sauna) typically reaches an average temperature of 70°C.
The session begins with a warm shower, preferably, to prepare the body for the heat and cleanse it of impurities. Once you are thoroughly clean, take a seat on a bench near the hot stove. A session lasts between 8 to 15 minutes, depending on your tolerance.
Once the stove is sufficiently hot, a few ladles of water are gently poured onto the stones to release a humid steam. As the skin sweats, the pores open, and the muscles relax. Finally, the best part is to add a few drops of essential oils, either for therapeutic benefits or simply to enhance relaxation.
